I began working with Heidi at a very critical time in my life. My marriage had recently ended and I became the primary provider for my son. I had a steady income and a basic understanding of my finances but I wanted to put myself and my son in a position of financial security for the future. Heidi was very patient and met me where I was. She took the time to explain everything to me - from basic principles to more complex options. She helped me understand my spending and when it came time to make decisions, she did not rush me and allowed me to gain confidence to make the decisions that made sense for me.
